We documented Asia’s largest Hyundai manufacturing facility in Chennai and created a full virtual tour of their end-to-end production assembly line.

Hyundai commissioned a virtual walkthrough film of its Chennai manufacturing facility, one of Asia’s largest automobile plants, to help visitors and internal teams understand the full production journey without physical access.
Capturing a highly complex, live industrial environment, multiple production units, strict safety protocols, and uninterrupted operations, while translating technical manufacturing processes into a clear, easy-to-follow visual narrative.
We mapped the plant unit-by-unit and executed a modular filming approach across press, body, paint, engine, assembly, and test track stages. Each unit was filmed independently and then stitched into a seamless start-to-finish virtual tour, aligned with operational and safety constraints.
A comprehensive virtual factory walkthrough now used inside the Hyundai Chennai facility for visitor orientation, internal training, and stakeholder presentations, enabling full production understanding without entering active shop floors.
