Gamethon 2.0 is a nationwide fantasy cricket competition by FIFS, aligned with the Indian T20 League and supported by the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting. Inhouse Digital scaled it from a niche activation into a pan-India student movement across Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities.
Executing a national student campaign within IPL timelines, coordinating outreach, verification, and engagement across 900+ institutions while ensuring registrations converted into verified, active participation.
We built a hybrid outreach system combining on-ground trust-building with scalable digital workflows, multi-channel campus outreach, simplified registration funnels, structured follow-ups, and continuous engagement through sessions, content, and practice matches.
Gamethon 2.0 transformed campus outreach into a scalable model for engaging India's next generation of fantasy sports players through storytelling, strategy, and data-driven execution.
