From Dubai to 500K+ organic views a one-week documentary that became Spheron’s “Nike moment.”
Spheron is a Web3 infrastructure company building decentralized compute for developers. Inhouse Digital created a documentary-led brand launch ahead of Spheron’s token release, capturing their journey, culture, and ambition during DEFCON week in Dubai.
Launching a token in a hyper-saturated Web3 cycle required cutting through noise without ads. The film had to feel authentic, culturally sharp, and move fast, while the brief evolved daily and trend windows were measured in hours.
We built a documentary-first content ecosystem, one core film supported by rapid short-form drops, shot and edited in real time. Operating on sub-24-hour cycles, we aligned storytelling with live moments, team energy, and peak trend timing.
The main film exploded to 218K views with 15K reshares and nearly 3K likes. But the real power was in the ecosystem approach the seven short-form pieces combined with the main film created a content wave that generated over 400K total views, 15,651 reshares, and 996 comments. All organic.
