Documented one of India’s biggest mobility events by capturing installations, brand showcases, and technology experiences across multiple pavilions in partnership with Atthah.
Bharat Mobility Global Expo is India’s largest mobility showcase a global platform where automotive brands, tech innovators, EV companies, component manufacturers, and mobility disruptors gather under one roof.
Now in its second year, the expo represents the entire mobility value chain and sets the stage for the future of transportation in India. With the theme of 2025 “Beyond Boundaries: Co-creating Future Automotive Value Chain,” the event focuses heavily on collaboration, sustainability, and breakthrough technologies shaping the next era of mobility.
Covering a large-scale event like Bharat Mobility meant navigating huge crowds, multiple halls, and tight brand schedules. We also had to coordinate with multiple teams simultaneously, ensuring we didn’t miss key launches or timed demonstrations.
We worked with Atthah to document the expo end-to-end across multiple brands and installations.
Our work included:
Covering multiple brand pavilions and their showcases
Documenting tech installations
Creating an event documentation film
Shooting product reveals, customer interactions, and high-traffic areas
Producing content for digital use, recap films, and internal brand assets
The goal was to highlight how innovation, design, and mobility come together on a single global stage.
We worked closely with Atthah and the event managers to plan around installation timings, brand activations, and walk-through sequences. The content is now used across digital platforms, internal presentations, investor decks - strengthening brand visibility and demonstrating participation in one of India’s most important mobility events.
