Serendipity Arts Festival is one of India’s largest multidisciplinary arts festivals. Inhouse Digital documented the festival through a people-first lens, focusing on human stories rather than just events or spaces.
Capturing authentic stories at scale, engaging with 200+ strangers on ground, each with different comfort levels, timelines, and narratives—while maintaining consistency and emotional depth across films.
We embedded ourselves throughout the festival, conducting 200+ on-ground interviews with visitors, artists, performers, and volunteers. These voices were curated in real time and shaped into narrative-driven YouTube films that reflected the lived experience of the festival.
The final YouTube films resonated strongly with audiences, crossing **2 million views** across uploads.
