GobbleCube
A 72-hour sprint to announce GobbleCube's funding round with cinematic storytelling.
36 hours. One script. One day to shoot.
On March 27, Manas Gupta's team reached out through our collaborator Ronit. The ask was straightforward but intense: produce a 60-90 second announcement film for GobbleCube's $15M Series A funding, with a photoshoot of the founder. Timeline? Tight.

REFERENCE
One inspiration video
The brief landed less than 36 hours before shoot day with a single reference video. Creative direction shifted three times before locking, and script changes were still happening en route to the location. Scouting, storyboarding, and VC visual integration all had to be figured out on the same day as the shoot itself — with a 4-person team and a 3-day delivery window.
Every workstream ran in parallel — photography, scripting, and editing happened simultaneously with no sequential handoffs. The team sat directly with the founder on ground to lock decisions in real time. AI was used to fill animation gaps and accelerate iteration, and the $15M number was front-loaded in the film as a deliberate retention decision built for LinkedIn's organic behaviour .
The announcement film is now live on LinkedIn as GobbleCube's highest-performing post ever, reaching founders, VC funds, and professional communities across the ecosystem. It allows audiences to understand the full story of the $15M Series A — the team, the conviction, the scale — in under 90 seconds. The film has also become a reference point for how Indian startups can use cinematic storytelling to make funding announcements that actually perform.
